The Portal

We are proud to offer our patients access to the healow app, a convenient and secure patient portal designed to make managing your health easier. Through the healow app, you can message your provider, request medication refills, schedule or request appointments, review results, upload records/documents, complete telehealth appointments, and update your medical history from anywhere. For our OB patients, the app also allows you to track prenatal visits, monitor pregnancy milestones, access lab results, and receive important care reminders. The healow app puts your healthcare at your fingertips, helping you stay connected and informed every step of the way.

When creating your account, you will need to use our Clinic Code: HGBCCD

If you have forgotten your password and are unable to reset it, call our office and we can email you a link to help you reset your password.

The patient portal is the most efficient and direct way to reach our nursing staff with any questions or concerns you may have. If your concern is emergent, do not message on the patient portal but rather call 911 or go to the nearest ER.

We ask that you refrain from sending multiple messages with the same request but allow for 24 hours before repeating the message. All messages are addressed within 24 hours.
